Clinical foot & nail care · At all 5 of our clinics
Clinical Foot &
Nail Care.
Nurse-led clinical foot care, delivered by our trained foot-care team under nursing supervision. We assess and care for thick nails, calluses, ingrown nails, routine and diabetic foot care — using a dry method, no shared water, and medical-grade, single-use sterile tools. Care is delivered in a clean, warm, welcoming clinic — comfortable chairs, familiar faces, and the same trusted team you already know.
We began as neighbourhood nail-and-spa studios, and added nurse-led clinical foot care in 2026 — for the clients we had already looked after for years.

✦ What is in-clinic foot care
Care a regular pedicure can't quite give.
Three simple steps, delivered by our trained foot care team under nursing oversight.
- 01
Assess
Every new client begins with a nurse-overseen assessment. We look at your nails, skin, circulation, and history — then plan the care that fits. We monitor; we don't diagnose.
- 02
Care
Single-use, sterile care for thick or fungal nails, calluses and corns, mild ingrown nails, and routine diabetic foot care. Dry method, no shared water.
- 03
Maintain
We recommend a return cadence that fits your feet — typically every 6–10 weeks. Same comfortable clinic chair, same warm team, every visit.
✦ Who it's for
Built for the feet a regular pedicure can't help.
-
Routine diabetic foot care
Gentle, dry-method nail and skin care for clients managing diabetes. Within our team's nursing-supervised scope — coordinated with your physician where appropriate.
-
Seniors & reduced mobility
A comfortable clinic chair for clients who can no longer safely care for their own feet, or whose family member books for them.
-
Active feet & athletes
Callus, corn, and pressure-point care for runners, walkers, and anyone whose feet take a daily beating.
-
Anyone with foot discomfort
Thick or fungal nails, mild ingrown nails, painful calluses — the things a regular pedicure isn't designed to safely treat.
✦ What it isn't
We assess. We don't diagnose.
We focus on foot care under nurse supervision. Our nurses lead assessment and advanced foot care; our Clinical Foot Care Technicians deliver routine foot and nail care under their supervision. We monitor and care for feet — we don't provide general medical diagnosis. If we notice anything outside our scope, we will recommend follow-up with a nurse, doctor, or healthcare provider.
If you're not sure whether what you have is a minor annoyance or a medical concern, book an assessment. We'll tell you honestly which it is — and where to go if it isn't us.
✦ Simple, transparent pricing
One simple price for regular care.
Your everyday visit is the same affordable price every time — nails, calluses, or diabetic foot maintenance. We only charge separately for an extra procedure, and only when it’s actually needed.

✦ Why our specialized care is priced the way it is
Every price reflects real work.
Our clinical services aren’t a salon add-on with a bigger number attached. They involve nursing skill, medical-grade materials, sterile technique, and time. Here’s precisely what you’re paying for on the services people ask about most.
Toenail Reconstruction
$25–35 / nail · $200 full setRebuilding a damaged, missing, or post-fungal nail with a medical-grade gel that restores its look and protects the nail bed while your own nail grows back.
What you’re paying for
Unlike a cosmetic nail set applied over a healthy nail, we first remove the damaged, dead, or fungal nail and prepare the bed — with a nurse checking the nail bed is sound before we begin. That preparation is skilled clinical work, it uses a specialized medical-grade product, and it takes real time per nail. That’s why a full toenail reconstruction is priced as the clinical procedure it is — not a cosmetic set.
Comprehensive Foot Assessment Nurse-led
Included with your first visitA full nurse assessment of your feet — nails, skin, circulation, sensation, and risk — resulting in a personalized care plan.
What you’re paying for
A nurse checks circulation (pulses, colour, temperature), tests sensation with a monofilament, screens for diabetic and falls risk, reviews skin integrity, and writes a care plan you keep. It’s clinical assessment, not a glance — the foundation that makes every visit after it safe. We include it free the first time precisely because we believe in doing it properly.
Reflexology Wellness
$55 (30 min) · $75 (45 min)A calming, pressure-point foot treatment that eases tension and promotes relaxation — a restful bridge between our clinical and comfort care.
What you’re paying for
This is a full 30 or 45 minutes of skilled, hands-on treatment by a practitioner trained and certified through the Reflexology Association of Canada — not a quick rub. You’re paying for dedicated one-on-one time, genuine training, and a properly unhurried session.
Routine Foot Care / Medical Pedicure
$65 clinic · $75 in-homeA safe, sterile, thorough foot treatment for people a regular salon can’t safely care for — diabetics, those on blood thinners, and anyone with thick or fungal nails.
What you’re paying for
Every tool is single-use or hospital-sterilized in a Health Canada-approved autoclave — no shared basins, no reused files. It’s done under nurse oversight, properly and unhurried, so nails are actually taken to the right length and calluses genuinely reduced — not the rushed clip so many of our clients describe. You’re paying for safety and thoroughness a spa pedicure simply can’t offer.

✦ Frequently asked
Your questions, answered honestly.
Who delivers the foot care?
Our trained Clinical Foot Care team, working under nursing oversight. We are not a medical, podiatry, or chiropody clinic — we deliver routine, preventative foot care within nursing-supervised scope and refer out when something is beyond it.
What does an appointment cover?
Nail reduction (including thick or fungal nails), callus and corn care, mild ingrown nail care without surgery, and routine diabetic foot care. Every new client starts with a nurse-overseen assessment to plan what's right for your feet.
Is this the same as a medical pedicure?
Yes — "medical pedicure" is the industry term for clinical foot care delivered under nursing oversight. It's therapeutic, not cosmetic: dry method, no soak, no polish, single-use sanitized tools. You can still book a regular pedicure alongside it.
Is it covered by OHIP or insurance?
Our foot care services are not covered by OHIP. Many extended health benefits plans cover "nursing foot care" or similar — check your plan. We're happy to provide a receipt for submission.
Do I have to book foot care to come in?
Not at all. Foot care is an option, not a requirement. Your regular pedicure, manicure, gel, and spa services are unchanged at every location. Book exactly what you've always booked.
