✦ Who it's for

Built for the feet a regular pedicure can't help.

  • Eligible clients living with diabetes

Routine support for eligible clients living with diabetes, provided according to an individualized care plan and coordinated with your healthcare provider where appropriate.

  • Seniors & reduced mobility

A comfortable seat for clients who find it harder to care for their own feet, or whose family member arranges care for them.

  • Active feet

Eligible callus and corn care, and support for everyday foot comfort, for people who spend a lot of time on their feet.

  • Nail & skin concerns

Care for thickened or difficult-to-manage nails and support for nail and skin concerns. Some concerns may require care from another healthcare provider.

✦ What it isn't

We assess. We don't diagnose.

Our Nurses and trained Clinical Foot Care Assistants work together to provide individualized foot and nail care. Nursing assessment, care planning and hands-on care are coordinated around your needs, with each team member providing care appropriate to their role. We monitor and care for feet — we don't provide medical diagnosis. Concerns requiring diagnosis, laboratory testing or prescription treatment are directed to an authorized healthcare provider.

If you're not sure whether what you have is a minor annoyance or something that needs a healthcare provider, call or text our clinical team. We'll help you understand the appropriate next step — and where to go if it isn't us.

✦ Simple, transparent pricing

One simple price for regular care.

Routine care is one affordable price — nails, calluses, or routine foot maintenance. We only charge separately for an additional service, and that service and its price are explained and agreed before we proceed.

Clinical foot care is available by appointment at participating locations and through our mobile service. Availability varies by location.

  • Nursing assessment and care plan included in the first-visit fee. In clinic or at home, one visit, one price.
  • No added travel fee within our service area. Reception confirms the dispatching clinic, coverage and availability.
  • Any additional service is explained and its price agreed before we proceed. No surprises.
  • Retirement & long-term care facilities: group pricing on request.

Insurance & OHIP: our care is private-pay and is not covered by OHIP. Some extended health plans cover foot or nursing care — please check your own plan, as we cannot guarantee eligibility. On request we can provide a receipt that describes the actual services and the provider who delivered them.

✦ Why our specialized care is priced the way it is

Every price reflects real work.

Our clinical services aren’t a salon add-on with a bigger number attached. They involve nursing oversight, quality materials, careful infection-prevention procedures, and time. Here’s precisely what you’re paying for on the services people ask about most.

nurse foot assessment

Comprehensive Foot Assessment

Included with your first visit

A full nursing assessment of your feet — nails, skin, circulation, sensation, and risk factors — resulting in a personalized care plan.

What you’re paying for

A Nurse checks circulation (pulses, colour, temperature), tests sensation with a monofilament, reviews skin integrity, considers risk factors including those related to diabetes and falls, and writes a care plan you keep. It’s a proper assessment, not a glance — the foundation for safe, comfortable care at every visit after it. We include it free the first time because we believe in doing it properly.

Reflexology foot treatment

Reflexology Wellness

$55 (30 min) · $75 (45 min)

A calming, pressure-point foot treatment that eases tension and promotes relaxation — a restful bridge between our clinical and comfort care.

What you’re paying for

This is a full 30 or 45 minutes of skilled, hands-on treatment by a practitioner trained and certified through the Reflexology Association of Canada — not a quick rub. You’re paying for dedicated one-on-one time, genuine training, and a properly unhurried session.

Single-use foot-care tools in sealed pouches

Routine Foot Care

$65 clinic · $75 in-home

Thorough routine foot care for people a regular salon may not be able to care for — including eligible clients living with diabetes, those on blood thinners, and anyone with thickened or difficult-to-manage nails.

What you’re paying for

We follow established cleaning, disinfection, instrument-reprocessing and infection-prevention procedures. Single-use items are discarded after each client, and reusable instruments are processed according to the applicable procedure — no shared basins. Care is provided with nursing oversight, properly and unhurried, so nails are taken to a comfortable length and calluses reduced. You’re paying for care and thoroughness a spa pedicure isn’t set up to offer.

Clinical foot & nail care is not booked online. Clinical foot care is available by appointment at participating locations and through our mobile service. Availability varies by location. Call or text 226-840-0665 to confirm availability and arrange the appropriate clinic appointment or home visit.

✦ Frequently asked

Your questions, answered honestly.

Who delivers the foot care?

Our Nurses and trained Clinical Foot Care Assistants work together to provide individualized foot and nail care. Nursing assessment, care planning and hands-on care are coordinated around your needs, with each team member providing care appropriate to their role. Depending on your needs, a visit may involve care from a Nurse, a trained Clinical Foot Care Assistant, or both, in accordance with your care plan. We explain the care proposed for you and any recommended next steps. We are not a medical, podiatry, or chiropody clinic — some concerns may require care from another healthcare provider.

What does an appointment cover?

Services may include foot-health assessment, routine nail care, care for thickened or difficult-to-manage nails, eligible callus and corn care, support for nail and skin concerns, and routine support for eligible clients living with diabetes. Services depend on individual needs and the care plan.

How does the foot-care method work?

Our clinical foot-care service uses a dry method. Feet are not soaked. We follow established cleaning, disinfection, instrument-reprocessing and infection-prevention procedures. Single-use items are discarded after each client, and reusable instruments are processed according to the applicable procedure.

How do I book clinical foot care?

Clinical appointments are not booked online. Call or text our clinical team at 226-840-0665. Appointments begin with a brief telephone conversation so our team can understand your needs and explain the appropriate next step, including the appropriate location or a mobile option.

Is it covered by OHIP or insurance?

Our care is private-pay and is not covered by OHIP. Some extended health plans cover foot or nursing care — please check your own plan, as we cannot guarantee eligibility. On request we can provide a receipt that describes the actual services and the provider who delivered them.

Questions or concerns after your visit?

Contact our clinical team at 226-840-0665. We will arrange appropriate review and explain the next step. Our messaging channels are not monitored continuously and are not emergency services. If you need urgent medical attention, seek it promptly; for an emergency, call 911.

Do I have to book foot care to come in?

Not at all. Foot care is an option, not a requirement. Beauty services — pedicure, manicure, gel, and more — are booked online through DashBooking and are separate from clinical foot care.
